It is downtown directly across from the central market. The night market is a little further out of town but it's only a short and relatively cheap tuk-tuk ride away.
Amok fish and Banana flower dish we're amazing! And 50cent draft beers! We ate there twice in three days. We will be back!
Amazing food!!! And great service, friendly staff. The beers are $0.50 each and also if you get the “specials”, which are basically the Anok and Curry that Cambodia is known for, its almost half off. Great ambience too — highly recommended!
Great Khmer kitchen and cocktails
Great traditional food, tastes authentic. Would recommend.
Worst experience in Cambodia!!!! They wouldn’t take my $100 bill made me waste an he wanted me to pay an extra $10 over my bill to accept my bill!!!!
Went back here for 2nd time, only thing I ate that day. Shrimp soup in clay pot, I was violently sick for 2 days. My daughter had chicken curry, upset tummy for 2 days. Dont recommend.
Tasty traditional Khmer food at reasonable prices right in the center of town. Super friendly and efficient servers. Highly recommended!!
Good chairs to sit in, that's about it.
Best coffee I’ve ever had in my life. Socheta makes coffee to perfection.
I love it, we repeated the restaurant when we were there. a must try Amok, it is delicious.
Great local Khmer food served at this well managed, clean and with extremely helpful and friendly wait staff. More than reasonable tariffs.
I've never had such a wonderful, tasteful coffee made in perfection!!! Socheata is professional barista extraordinaire.
Beautiful and fantastic food
Good atmosphere, good food, good staff, bad price
Beer os really cold, nice and cheap!!!I had dessert only and it was so nice!!! A traditional banana and rice sweet wrapped in banana leaves. There was plenty of it. Staff are so friendly!!!They play their traditional Cambodian songs. Although it os in a central area, I recommend it for being cheap and friendly.
I don’t understand the 5* reviews???? We ordered a side of fries....came with a cheese slice on top (processed plastic cheese - boak)
Located at the small alley but the mango salad is good
Excellent food, service and value. Very rare for me to give 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but this place deserves it all the way.
good food and reasonable price!
Food and prices were great compared to other restaurants in the area. What have this restaurant 5 stars for me was the service, extremely friendly and polite wait staff.
Good food and friendly
Tasty Cambodian food for a fair price here in Siem Reap. I had the grilled Khmer (Cambodian) style duck and my partner the eggplant minced pork. Though my plate was tasty, I am afraid the duck was a bit chewy. I expected the skin to be crunchy, but was soft and chewy instead. The minced pork had some fat stripes inside. As this is a traditional Cambodian restaurant, I assumed they did it as it should be. If you come here I rather recommend you to have the Cambodian grill. Seems to be quite a hit here and looked much better than what we had.
Good food and very nice service. I would absolutely repeat
Nice little restaurant in Siam reap, off the main Pub Road. Good traditional Khmer food and all day happy hour with good quality drinks. Sit more inside so you’re not bothered by hawkers but otherwise well recommended.
Good spread of khmer food, friendly and helpful staff
Chanthea provided excellent service and quality conversation, a very good night
Another of Temple group, foods are good, great service and price wise...acceptable.
Excellent place to have drinks and food. Happy hour lasts all day and quantities are generous. Price is brilliant. Excellent atmosphere and super kind staff
Really nice restaurant, clean with friendly staff, consistent good quality food and drinks at reasonable prices.
Superb Khmer curry. Good prices, friendly staff.
We stopped in for dinner! Lovely service, food, cocktails and cold beer.
Average food at a central location. There are better places.
Great value specials. We tried 5 different meals and all we're fantastic. Highly recommend.
Great food, but i left a piece of my heart in this place because of the smiles of the staff. So genuine that it's contagious and it really changes your mood. I'll never forget it.
We did not come here for the cheap beer, we came for lunch and enjoyed really good food and service at a very reasonable price
Only had a small beer here but that was only 50 cents (US) so maybe should make it a 5*
Cheap, chill, convenient, and tasty!
Local food served by locals take it all in
Overall enjoyable experience. Sat upstairs, it's an outdoor restaurant so no AC. Servers need to climb stairs to reach you, and were pretty slow - think we waited about 20mins to order food, and you could often be waiting a while with an empty drink. I just started walking downstairs to order at the bar which helped.Ordered chicken as my meat but they brought me something with spare ribs, which was fine (and tasted good). The server's English was pretty weak so I didn't bother telling him. Cheap beer!
Decent food. Nothing spectacular. The food is cheap by western standards and along the lines of the touristy places around Siem Reap as well. The $0.50 beer is what brings people in. I found the food to be quite catered toward the western palates (read: not spicy one bit). The deep fried bananas were a good dessert but were a bit too breaded for my taste
Good food n environment plus friendly staff
Good food, felt authentic Khmer.
Tasty food with middle range price. Came here for their 50 cents beer. Outdoor concept with no air condition so it might get a little bit stuffy.
Food good and the price is a bit cheaper than the main street
So to quickly summarize what was good and bad, and what resulted in the 2 star waiting.- Firstly the food was in general decent, and the prices were low compared to other places. - We waited a long time on our drinks and food, even though there was not that many people, one of the things was that the food came before the drinks for some of us. - Since the service was bad I decided to go for the 2 star rating. But I can see that a lot of people have had a good time here, so I might just have been unlucky.
A little and friendly restaurant away from the noise from pub street. Each dish is around USD$5. Must try the mango salad and soup with eggplant and chicken
Good food and service.
Very cozy and friendly place. The size of the 50ct beer is surprisingly big
Very good food at decent prices. We had the banana leaf salad, fresh spring roll (no photo) and fried spring roll as a snack before dinner. It was delicious and the staff were friendly.
Wonderful food for decent prices. I loved their Khmer Curry with chicken served with rice. A draught beer is only 50 cents USD. Great place to have a pleasant meal and few drinks after a tired day in temples.
